I've tried every headband on the market for the past two years and nothing stayed put. Recently started a new protective style and needed something that wouldn't slide off or crush my braids. Finally found something that actually works!!! I have thick 3C curls that reject every headband I've ever tried. But this clips right in and stays all day. My curls are still bouncy and defined, just not in my face. I clip it on before work and again before the gym — absolute lifesaver!

Does an excellent job keeping my braids back without pressure, and I really like that the clips are gentle with no weird tension. I used to get headaches by lunchtime from regular headbands. Now I forget I'm even wearing it. Good gentle option and worth it if you want something safer than elastic bands.

I bought this specifically because they claimed it works for thicker textured hair and not just straight hair, and it Works!! I have long box braids that are heavy and most headbands just slide right off. The adjustable clips made sense to me so I gave it a shot. One clip in each section and I don't have to re-adjust every ten minutes anymore. It does take a couple tries to find your best clip placement. No complaint from me, I've made this part of my daily routine :)
